What You Can Reach Us About
- Suggesting a camera. If a public traffic camera in North Idaho is missing from the site, send us the location and a link to the source feed if you have it.
- Reporting a bug. If something is broken, please tell us what device and browser you're using and what you were trying to do. Screenshots help.
- Reporting a stale or wrong image. Cameras are maintained by the source agency, not by us, but we'd still like to know — sometimes we can flag the issue or remove the camera until it's fixed.
- Local business sponsorship. If you run a tow service, auto repair shop, tire shop, ski resort, or other North-Idaho-relevant business and want to sponsor a location or camera section, we'd love to talk.
- Privacy questions or data requests. See our Privacy Policy for what we collect, then email us if you have specific questions.
- Press and media inquiries.
What We Can't Help With
- Real-time road conditions or closures. For authoritative road status, contact the Idaho 511 system or the relevant state DOT.
- Roadside assistance or emergencies. Call 911 for emergencies and *ISP (*477) to reach the Idaho State Police.
- Camera repair requests. We don't operate the cameras. Please report camera outages directly to the relevant state DOT.
